School counseling services are an essential part of the school education program that provides an active environment where students, as well as teachers, can excel and make the best out of the process. However, school counseling services at many schools and educational institutions all over the world often lack some or even all resources that ensure the good execution of these services. This often creates a barrier between students and teachers and/or parents that prevents them from fully understanding underlying obstacles that may be a reason why some students present certain performances. Fortunately, technology is a key factor that can put an end to such misunderstandings through analyzed data. Our team came together to create an online website that all schools globally can easily have access to, where each school has its own profile. Teachers and parents can all have sub-profiles that allow them to share necessary information that they believe need to be analyzed and treated, such as students’ academic and social behavior at school and/or at home. Then, Sonder! saves the day by the analyzing the information and data it’s been provided with, and giving possible reasons and solutions that allow for a better understanding of the students’ behavior. This counseling platform boosts the educational process, as it makes it easier for everyone involved in this process to understand different conditions and treat them well. In a world where many students feel misunderstood and invalid, our website plays a big role in making their journey a smooth and safe one, where understanding is key and unfair, harsh judgment is rarely heard of.
